Fallon's Folly Shiraz Cabernet was a smidgen more tricky than the other common Shiraz at the season of tasting, with limited dull organic product smells – these are after all exceptionally youthful wines tested from the tank for tasting. The sense of taste is firmer, with severe dark olive exquisite notes supplementing a blackberry character.
